How to place your order

You can browse through our website but to make a purchase you need to create an account. All you need is an email address and a password and this will ensure your details will be saved make the process faster the next time you want to buy and to track your purchase.
All orders are shipped from the UK, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel reaches the delivery country. If you have any questions please leave a message in the contact us box.
We only accept British Pounds Sterling (GBP) at this time. If you are paying through PayPal the amount owed will be converted to your currency.
Once you have successfully purchased your order you will receive an email confirming your order details.
Unfortunately once your order is complete, you can no longer add items, change or cancel your order. However you can easily return any unwanted items. For more information see the Returns page.

Door to door service, deliveries are within 3-5 working days from time of dispatch. A signature is required upon receipt. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order. You will be emailed once your item has been dispatched. UK standard delivery costs £4.20

PLEASE NOTE: Some Items we sell are ‘made to order’ and can take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered. This should be stated when you place your order. Please refer to the item description for more information.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the website which tells you the current status of your delivery.
If your order has not been delivered within the timescales for your country then please contact us. Please remember to include your order number within your message as this will help us locate your order.
If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please return it to us to asses. If the item is defective we will refund you. For more details see Returns page.
If an item is missing from your order please contact us and let us know exactly what is missing. Please remember to include your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the process.

 

Returns

We guarantee to exchange or refund items if you are not entirely happy. Items must be returned within 7 working days (UK) and 10 working days (international) after delivery to be eligible for return. The item must also be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition you received it with original tags still attached. If items do not meet this criteria, a refund or exchange will be denied. If you choose to return an item you will be required to arrange and pay for its registered return to us. We will refund the cost of postage if an item is proven faulty.
Items on sale, vintage items, ‘made-to-order’ Items, pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear, socks and tights are will non-returnable.
To return an item please complete the returns form sent along with your purchase. Please note, we will not be held liable for items lost in transit and therefore recommend you obtain proof of postage and a tracking reference. We also recommend putting a ‘senders’ address on the item/package. Remember, we cannot refund any money if we don’t receive the parcel. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus postage cost) and credit your original payment card, within 14 working days.

 

Technical

If you are having trouble signing in, please check you are using the same email address and password used to register with us. If you forget your password you can reset it by clicking on the forget password? A link and a email will be sent to you, enabling you to reset your password. We are not able to specify why card payments fail as the payment process involves your bank and our systems. In the first instance you should double check you have entered the correct details, that you are using a card which has not expired and that your billing address has been entered correctly. If it fails again please use an alternative card or contact your bank.
